Terms of Membership

These terms cover your BRAVVA membership and the BRAVVA app, run by BRAVVA Club Empire (“BRAVVA”, “we”). By paying for a membership you agree to them.

1. Founding Membership

• Founding Membership costs $49 USD once and gives lifetime access to the BRAVVA app for as long as BRAVVA operates it. There are no monthly fees.
• It is available in limited numbers, and BRAVVA may close it at any time without notice. Founding numbers are given in order of completed payment.
• Chosen Five invites (limited offer for Founding Members): each Founding Member gets 5 single-use invites. Each invite gives one new member 1 month of free access, starting the first time she uses the app on or after December 15, 2026. Invites are for new accounts only, one per person, expire 90 days after they are issued, have no cash value and cannot be transferred, stacked or extended. After the free month, continued access is $7.99 a month or $79 a year. The inviter earns 200 Sparkles when the invitee becomes a paying member.
• The app is planned to launch on December 15, 2026 in the Apple App Store. If launch moves, we will email you, and the refund window will not be shorter than stated in our Refund Policy.

2. Who can join

BRAVVA is a private, invite-only club for women aged 18 and over. You can join as a Founding Member while spots remain, or with an invite from a verified member. Every member verifies her profile in the app. One account per person. Your safety circle can include up to 5 verified members.

3. Safety features are not an emergency service

Check-ins, Plan timers, Landed safe and your safety circle help your people know how you are. They do not contact police or emergency services. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

4. Community rules

Be kind and honest. No harassment, fake profiles, fake reviews or selling. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, without refund if the rules were broken on purpose.

5. Sparkles

Sparkles are reward points for using the app. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and can only be redeemed for the rewards shown in the app. We may change how Sparkles are earned or redeemed, and we will tell you before we do.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see your card details. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we will email you before it takes effect.
